DECEMBER 2024
Our Christmas show was a a great opportunity for our children to explore and learn about many theatrical skills: we built simple puppets made of newspaper, we built & manipulated huge paper maché puppets, we explored shadow acting and puppeteering. We learnt about stage design and thanks to Mahri Christopherson we had great costumes! Looking forward to the next project!
JULY 2024
We had a great time with theatre games, building poi out of recycled old clothing & wet suits, making shadow puppets... and we learnt about devising a micro play based on the story of the Orcadian Stoor worm.

8th to 11th of July (Four days workshop - Four hours session per day)
10am to 2pm - 16 hours workshop £120
Please note: Food is not included - you will need a packed lunch to be eaten during the break at 12pm. Bring comfortable clothing. We work mostly bare feet (preferably) or bring non-slippery socks. Don't forget your water bottle!

Dunbar Theatre Workshop presents Afi’s Water, an African story for children.
A shadow puppet show about hope & endurance. Come and discover a place where water is as precious as gold. Free entry, donation box. Profits will go to the charity Iroko DFS.
